Having gained new clients through an aquisition programme, our client - a known and highly regarded chartered practice, seek to appoint a new professional for the team.
Ideally, we seek an accountant with 2-6 years PQE from a small to medium sized accountancy firm or even a major practice. This accountant should have small business department skills and experience.
Duties will involve the following:
Accounts preparation of annual and monthly accounts using SAGE, analysis and preparation of financial statements, business plans, budget reports, managing spending costs, credit, payroll and investments.
Forecasting future profits & financial performance, assisting and advising businesses in financial difficulties, insolvency work, advising clients on how to improve their systems & profitability, forensic analysis, provide financial advice,
reviewing companies' financial information and risk. Management accounting, tax forecasting and computations for private individuals, partnerships, sole traders and limited companies.
Involvement with corporate finance acquisition or merger programmes is a real possibility.
