Details of an accountancy client manager job vacancy in Cornwall - AAT, Pt. Qualified ACCA / ACA or QBE, Accounting Practice, Bodmin. Salary 16-22K Neg.

Software – IRIS and Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge – Accounts preparation, Personal and Company Tax, Bookkeeping, Management Accounts and VAT.

Our client a modern and thriving practice based in Bodmin seek to employ the above. The position has arisen due to a vacancy. Additional responsibilities for personal contact with clients could be given to a candidate with exceptional abilities, (knowledge, confidence and quickness and accuracy of work).

Job Specification:
Preparation of accounts, for a wide client base from prime record sources.

Incomplete records – (cashbooks, computer systems, purchase / sales ledger etc).

Collation of quarterly VAT returns.

Bookkeeping and account maintenance using IRIS and manual ledgers.

Possibly training clients to use accounting software and offering bookkeeping advice.

Personal tax calculations and annual tax returns.
