Our client a global business consortium with expertise and an
outstanding performance track record in the Retail Leisure Park
(RLP) industry seek the above.
With RLP businesses based throughout Europe of substantial quality.
An investment has been made at a popular and well known tourist
site in Cornwall. This well known and currently active RLP business
is currently the subject of a business operations reconstruction
and development programme. We have been retained to find a professional
senior manager with experience in the Retail Leisure Park business.
You could currently be working overseas or in a UK location and
be looking for your next career challenge. Your current business
should have a financial turnover exceeding 5-7M, which you are
always looking to increase. We seek a graduate business manager
possibly working in the RLP business industry. Or a similar marketing
driven competitive sales orientated business. Business strategy,
advanced marketing programmes accompanied by related revenue returns
are interesting to our client. A good working knowledge of Sage
and Excel accountancy software is essential. An interest in the
US domestic RLP business market accompanied by business innovations
and or techniques applied to these commercial vehicles would additionally
be of interest to our client.
