Job: Childcare Lawyer.

Family Childcare Lawyer – 25/70K+. (ChildrenPanel Member)

Our client a well known and respected law firm are seeking to appoint a specialist & knowledgeable Family/Children’s, child-care lawyer.

You will be joining an expanding and flourishing team that have the full public funding quota.  Be ready for an active, busy and ever increasing caseload and to take on an assistant paralegal quite soon.  

• Ideally we seek at least 3-5, possibly more PQE.
• Children Panel Membership is very preferred, possibly essential.   
• Candidates should be able to show experience and awareness of the requirements of Article 12 of the UN Convention the Rights of the Child. 
• Knowledge of Community Legal Service Funding Code, Rules and Regulations. 
• Prime administration capability and a thorough working knowledge of the Franchise requirements, according to the manual and current legislation are also mandatory.   

The successful candidate will typically be representing children and young people involved in family breakdown, as well as being involved in maintaining the LSC franchise.
