Our client an expanding prestigious law firm with offices based throughout the UK are seeking to appoint the above professional.   

The Court of Protection is the judicial body in England and Wales responsible for managing the affairs, assets and estates of anyone who does not have capacity to manage their own finances.

Our client’s Court of Protection team deal with the full range of services including deputyships, damages management, trusts, lasting and enduring powers of attorney and wills.

Our client’s can provide their customers with a combination of legal expertise including financial management and planning, investments, tax returns and accounting services.

This is an interesting chance to develop your career skills within an established and innovative national law firm and it’s growing department.

Ideally you will currently be will be working within a fast-paced team on a stimulating mix of cases.

You will not only be technically excellent but also a good communicator with “smooth-operator” style client service skills.

Ideally you must be able to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people, be empathetic, supportive yet directional in your approach.

If you are either an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or looking to qualify into this area of law, our client’s would really like to hear from you.

You must have good IT skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
