We seek a professional with high value knowledge and experience in world capital markets transactions focusing on the broad global presence and full-service capabilities under UK, US, and European law. 

Our client’s new UK office and their new business will represent both issuers and investment banks in the full range of securities offerings. 

The incorporated legal services will audit and regulate all of these complex transactional activities.  The new firm will advise clients on all types of securities transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance issues, including:
