Partner - Clinical Negligence
300K package - “Partner – with team of lawyers – 1.5m + budget” - Our client, a large law business with offices based throughout the West Country, have appointed our firm to locate Clinical Negligence Partners - Lawyers with expertise, knowledge and contacts within the vast and complex region of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. We hope to identify either a Partner or Partner with a focused team - entourage of highly skilled CN/PI lawyers.
The future Equity Partner should have knowledge and experience of the following: Highly skilled in administrative law and judicial review inquests regarding clinical negligence and personal injury disaster law. When death is related to medical treatment, catastrophic birth, pursuing claims against the legal profession arising out of the mishandling of clinical negligence claims against NHS, private hospitals, health trusts and medical institutions, actions against government departments and human rights act litigation and employment law. Work experience in extremely severe cases resulting in High Court and County claims.
A new Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury legal team is under current construction. The business will cover - Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and other selected regions of the UK.
