2 years + PQE 30 to 90K - We have just taken a new instruction from one of the major law firms based in Devon. They seek a private client’s lawyer and are open to the level of seniority of this appointment.
Ideally we seek a professional with high skill levels regarding contentious probate and asset protection work incorporating trusts, powers of attorney and estate planning. Good knowledge of pensions, tax, financial planning, drafting of complex wills, winding up of high-net-worth-estates, valuations of chattels, property, farmlands and landed estates, preparation of estate accounts, estate planning in relation to inheritance possibly incorporating trusts, capital tax planning using trusts. Thus, you will be offering your clients a “seamless” service as private client lawyer and trust advisor.
Your portfolio of clients will range from small business owners to generations of high-net-worth-families. A pro-active approach is required for marketing, acquisition and retention of HNC’s. Member of STEP and Care for the elderly is ideal.
