Job - Specification requirements include:

The client an established Cornish law firm seeks to find both of the above professionals. The positions involve:

– Meeting with clients to discuss all aspects of the case or family legal action they are pursuing. Advising clients on all legal options available with regard of the case.

- Ensuring that the client understands which options are in their best interest.

- Mediating and negotiating with other lawyers, to resolve issues with regards to the pending legal case. Preparation and overseeing legal proceeding.

- Filing court documents and completing paperwork as it pertains to the case. Attending court proceedings to represent clients on legal issues.
