Good experience and contacts such as - farmers, landowners, agr-business, agr-business associated, city law firms and overseas based clients would prove useful.
Work experience dealing with land acquisitions and disposals, business structuring and re-structuring, succession, taxation issues, diversification, bloodstock, public rights of way, access to land, estate and land purchase by client based overseas, estate management for landed estates, land use, environmental use, intellectual property, trade issues, finance, credit and commercial transactions is required.
Good prospects are available for the right candidate.
Ideally we seek lawyers with 2 - 20 years PQE +.
