Employment Lawyer
Salary: 30-50K
Required by local law firm, experience including:
- Advising on employment law issues and representing employers at employment tribunal claims including TUPE, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy and discrimination.
- Drafting contracts of employment, service agreements, disciplinary - dismissal policies, staff handbooks, health - safety policies - handbooks and compromise agreements.
- Advising commercial clients with regard to all aspects of employment disputes.
- Representing clients as a defence advocate against health and safety and environmental law prosecutions.
- Appeals against health and safety prohibition and improvement notices.
- Advising on planning law issues and preparation of planning appeals for public inquiries.
