Legal Cashier Job
Details of a legal cashier job vacancy in Cornwall UK - Salary 18 to 30k.
Our client, an expanding local law firm with a new legal operation based in Devon, seek to appoint the above professional for their Cornwall office.
You should understand the laws and regulations governing solicitor’s accounts rules – (SAR) and have working experience in the following duties:
- monthly and annual accounts
- management reports
- sales and purchase ledger
- banking, raising cheques and making payments using both CHAPS and BACS
- interest calculations
- reconciliation of client bank accounts / client account balances
- accounts payable and assisting the billing team
- reporting to the firms accountant
and other ad hoc smaller accountancy based functions.
