Our client, a fabulous law firm with four offices in the county of Cornwall seek to employ four new Junior Family Lawyers or Paralegals. The firm actively promote a healthy work-life balance for all of their employees and are currently expanding the family team. There is a commitment to career progression and future prospects for all new lawyers / paralegals that are joining the firm. Competitive remuneration package can be negotiated for this particular role.

Work involves mainly public funded matters – divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation, domestic violence public children matters and compromise agreements. Conducting initial interviews, advising the way forward and taking instructions.

Acting for both petitioners and Respondents, drafting all divorce documentation. Issuing applications for ancillary relief, completing and assessing Form E’s, drafting questionnaires, Case Summaries and filing of documents. Preparing bundles, referral to mediation, s14 TLATA applications. Preparing and issuing C1, C2 and C7 forms and taking-drafting of statements.

Again we seek either Junior Family Lawyers / Paralegals looking for their first appointment in Cornwall. The position is open to candidates on a nationwide basis. Please send in your CV with ID photo.
