Company and Commercial Lawyer - Partner

40-250K: We currently have two clients that seek a very senior company and commercial law practitioner. In both cases our clients would consider a partner from another law firm based either in Cornwall or from an outside county.

The fee earning work would include a mixture of M@A, MBO, MBI related transactional work, shareholder agreements, corporate finance, agency & distribution, franchise work, terms of trade, commercial property, joint ventures, setting up of unincorporated businesses, employment issues, agency and distribution work, advice on new business structures, drafting complicated non standard contracts and partnership law. Company sales and acquisitions.

This position is open to candidates on a nationwide bases. Additionally lawyers working in the City within merchant banking may also apply.
