Job vacancy for a Litigation Lawyer 30-150K, “2-4/4/12 PQE”.
Civil, Commercial and or Private Client

Our client an expanding law firm with work coming from a variety of sources, both locally and
nationwide, seek to employ both a junior and senior civil commercial litigation lawyer. Prospects are excellent as our client has offices based in both Cornwall & Devon.

Work experience should include: - Commercial disputes, owed money, contract disputes, landlord and tenant – trespass, nuisance, civil procedure and negligence etc…….
The litigation partner additionally invites applications from knowledgeable lawyers with private client contentious work experience. Wills, probate, tax, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, civil procedure rules, being a member of STEP, Law Society Probate will definitely interest our client.

Barrister / Litigation Professional / Solicitor

Salary: 30-50K - "Commercial Business"

Our client, a local firm with great status in the local legal community, seek to find and employ the above professional fee earner. Personal dynamics should encompass economic awareness, an entrepreneurial spirit and above all a will to win and assist in building a premiership law firm.

We seek a professional with five-ten years plus PQE. General commercial litigation, trust, crime and insolvency experience would interest our client as well as possible internet and e-commerce work. Good advocacy experience are a must as well as having good client facing communication and negotiating skills.
