Work consists of both contentious and non-contentious issues relating to both business and property issues:
Sales & purchase of land, landlord & tenant, ordinary sporting rights, rights of way, easements & covenants, business organisation & support payments, grants, agricultural occupancies of land, hunting issues, fishing & shooting rights, mineral rights, attendant environmental issues, change of land and property usage, roads & ways, trust administration, mitigation of GT/IHT, green energy & environmental issues.
