We are currently looking to fill an Agricultural and Landed Estates Lawyer job vacancy in Devon.
Salary - £40 to 90k.
We are acting for an extremely successful and established law firm based in the centre of Devon. They seek to employ the above mentioned professional legal specialist, who is ambitious, thorough and has the charm and integrity to deal with a cross section of different sorts of client. The candidate will have expertise in agricultural and landed estate law, and be the sort of individual looking for a job that defiantly offers future opportunity.
You will be working and supporting three very successful private client teams, based nationwide as well as assisting in building the very successful portfolio of private clients based in Cornwall. The work will include: - Purchase and sale of high value country estates and houses dealing with tenancy surrenders, property option and overage deals, sale of public authority properties – banks of farms and farmland, sale of several thousands of acres of farms and farmland, CGT and IHT mitigation schemes, finally, planning green energy and environmental legal advice for valued clients.
Strong project management, business development skills are required for this position. As stated before we seek a candidate that is looking for a role that will place them under the “future partner spot light”.
