Experience required includes:
Estate planning in relation to inheritance tax, advanced computations and all administration regarding inheritance tax liabilities, enduring powers of attorney, cross-border taxation, trusts, pension issues, EPA's, codicils, letters of wishes, drafting wills, nil-rate-band discretionary trusts and trust wills, wills containing life interests. Drafting deeds of variation, deeds of appointed trustees, deed of disclaimer and indemnity for a retiring trustee, settled land act trusts, heritage property, gifts with reservation of benefit and pre-owned asset provisions, lifetime giving and inheritance, drafting executors oaths, grant of probate - preparation of IH200 accounts, winding up of high-net-worth estates, valuation of chattels, property and farmland, auction of property, distribution of estates, preparation of estate accounts, deeds of valuation to sever joint tenancies, registering powers of attorney with courts, running power of attorney and declaration of trust files, drafting and registering LPA's, drafting settlements, loan agreements, entering restrictions on property registers, testimony capacity issues, intestate estate files, cross-selling and marketing technical services to other law firms. IFA's and HNI's regarding probate tax and trust services.
Running evening seminars at IFA's and firms of Chartered Accountants, promoting and cross-selling employing law firm and all of its departments. Additionally the sort and complexity of work that the departments can complete for chartered accountants or IFA's clients.
