Our client supplies a unique range of FMCG products to other firms on a world-wide basis. Has an excellent global reputation, is looking to expand its core local business, additionally also through corporate acquisition, looking at other European target companies.

We seek an Accountancy professional, trained at one of the big four (PwC, E&Y, Deoitte or KPMG). Possibly has moved to one other employer, achieved Senior Manager, Assistant Director or Director status. Has a proven very successful and high achieving international business track record. Experience and a working knowledge of M & A, credit analysis, credit risk and risk management are key business areas that will be of great interest to our client.

The chosen candidate will be successor to both the current Managing Director and Chairman, who are moving into semi-retirement. Our client is a third generation family business that has international ambitions regarding growth, especially within the FMCG sector.

We are very interested in speaking to candidates currently working for one of the City firms - Goldman Sachs, Barclays or Nat West International.

For the right candidate who can offer the required - exceptional business track record, academic credentials, European business contacts, lodge contacts, additionally has worked at no more than two international or domestic international trading firms. The financial package offered above could be doubled.

Carefully and cleverly expanding the Cornish business is easy; it’s the next stage that requires the business acumen of a commercial genius.
