We have been retained to find the above mentioned professional. Our client is a state-of-the-art software house, distributing a cutting-edge product to customers world-wide. Ideally we seek a Proven and successful Business Manager who can develop and monitor the client company, motivate an international sales team and enhance product development.

The job will involve - Development of sales, sales support and all support processes for optimum financial generation. Produce and manage monthly sales targets for all teams. Formulate and agree business plans, budgets, P&L figures, management information figures for the board of directors and shareholders. Work with marketing and sales directors to formulate a successful business strategy. Monitor and assist product development, arrange and Chair management meetings and finally develop the overall corporate strategy.

The position is open to candidates throughout Europe and the USA.
