Family Lawyer – Exeter – 3-5 Years PQE – Devon.

Our client a recognised and highly respected law firm seek to appoint a family lawyer with 3-5 years plus PQE family and child care legal proceedings experience. You may be working in the county of Devon and wish to move to a large and powerful name in the legal market. Our client’s requires the following experience. Handle initial consultations and assessment with confidence and ease. Able to plan and execute all advocacies to FDR stage. Prepare and assist Counsel at Final hearing; Administer FDR’s and all other high court matters. Draft all applications, statements, process form E, Briefs to Counsel and Orders. Administer all correspondence on cases, referrals to mediation and all LSC funding applications. Children Act proceedings from Application to Final hearing with Counsel. Family Law Act proceedings from ex-parte applications to Final Hearing with Counsel. Children cases attend PPM’s and Direction Appointments as Advocate.
