Property Lawyer or Private Clients Solicitor, possibly F/ILEX – to 40/50K

Our client, a smaller type of law firm based in central Cornwall specializes in three sectors of legal work. Private Clients, Property and General Litigation. Success in today’s market is a great attribute, and our client firm is expanding, congratulations are therefore the order of the day. Based in Chambers at the centre of town our client firm is seeking to add an additional fee earning member to their small but highly successful and profitable team.

We either seek a competent Property Lawyer that is an expert Conveyancer, hopefully they would deal with planning applications, advise developers, farmers and local landowners, when needs arise. Ease with client contact and practical property knowledge are key attributes for this appointment. With solid experience in both Residential and Commercial property work, including leases etc, Non-contentious is the order of the day.

Additionally a Private Client Lawyer could be of great interest to our client. Wills, Trusts and Probate with emphasis on Care for the Elderly, would be eagerly sought after. You would take charge of the entire firm’s private client files and assume the role of Private Client Professional.

This is a small firm, therefore appealing to a candidate that seeks a quiet uncomplicated office. Where client contact on first name terms are still the order of the day. Small is quite often good, and with good comes success and consistent working bliss.
