Law Firm Events Manager

We have an Events Manager job vacancy at a law firm in the region – £30-60K

Our client a large regional law firm are seeking to appoint an Events Manager with current law firm experience. The job will involve administration and organisation for a busy programme of events through out our client’s expansive network of offices.

Responsibilities will include full planning and coordination of specialist occasions ranging from client focused dinners, specialist hospitality events, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and large internal corporate dates.

Additionally you will be working with both the marketing and business development team, thus have excellent commercial awareness, industry knowledge and events expertise is desirable. We seek a friendly likable “peoples person” with thorough and exact powers of communication. Dealing within our client’s management structure, their key external professional network, organisation, negotiation and precision are the key personal skill ingredients that we seek. Guest speaker logistics experience and familiar industry contacts are also keenly desired.

Corporate expansion is planned for the future and this role will become more complex, involved and challenging in time. We seek a true professional for our client law firm. “Law firm experience is definitely required for this opportunity.
