Law Firm IT Support London

We have a job vacancy for a Level 2 IT Support Analyst at a Law Firm in London – £50-150K.

To be able to do this we place a strong reliance on our dedicated team of IT professionals who have a key role in providing cost effective solutions through the maintenance and support of our IT systems.

An opportunity has arisen in our London office to join the IT Service team as a Level 2 Support Analyst. Your main duties will include providing a high level of technical support by responding to all incidents escalated from the Service Desk (level 1 of IT support). As such you’ll not only have the technical know-how – to resolve a range of issues from the on-site printers and MFD’s (Multi Function Devices) and the full spectrum of workstation IT issues – you’ll also possess exceptional interpersonal skills. The ability to provide solutions positively and efficiently, within a fast paced environment is essential.

In addition to the above, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring all new joiners have the necessary IT equipment;
- Covering the Service Desk during busier times;
- Coordinating all IT pool equipment for your local site;
- Reporting and evaluating incidents and problems logged;
- Providing remove IT support and home visits as required.

We are seeking candidates who have gained experience of providing IT support within a commercial law firm environment. Excellent customer service, team-working skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems are a must. This is a really exciting time to join our team. We punch well above our weight in terms of IT infrastructure and have active plans for further development. You’ll have a working knowledge of Windows XP, MS Office, Windows Vista and Windows 7. An in-depth product support knowledge of legal applications (e.g. iManage, digital dictation, time recording and Interaction). It is also essential that you have the drive and willingness to understand how IT integrates into all business processes and systems.

You will join an existing team and will be the main technical point of contact for the London office. From time to time you will need to travel to our other sites and we work a rota system for the ‘out of hours’ support.
