2-4 PQE to Senior Associate, £60 to 120k

Our client an expanding regional law firm seeking to add three new lawyers to their already very successful and growing Professional Indemnity team. Our client’s department handles some very complex and high value cases. The recruitment expansion programme is due to increased levels of incoming new client commercial business, originating from referrals, precise targeted cross-marketing and their business generation programmes.

We are seeking to find lawyers with thorough in-depth experience in this specialist business sector. Who can assist with managing and developing this busy and growing office of our client’s modern and progressive law business.

Our client’s business is developing and we seek to find suitable lawyer candidates that have critical knowledge and expertise gained at either a city law firm, national or regional practice. You should be looking to move into a management style position, using your valued knowledge and work skills to help others. Work-flow-management and precise communication F2F skills are exactly what we will be looking for. For the right candidate there could be a path that will lead to a future partnership opportunity.
