Our client an expanding regional law firm has a growing business transactions group that focus on advising commercial insurance companies based throughout Europe.

Our client seeks to appoint a specialist lawyer with detailed work experience and a progressive track record in the world of general commercial insurance. This is an opportunity for an aspiring lawyer to help build the growing business practice and assist with management of the business and newly qualified staff.

Work is of a non-contentious variety, advising on policy wording, data protection, technology contracts, outsourcing, general commercial disputes, reinsurance and regulatory compliance. This newly created position is down to our client winning new mandates and overall general business expansion.

You could now be working at a city regional or national practice, possibly an in-house lawyer looking for the break into practice.
