Advising Energy supply clients is a big business. Exploration, drilling, manufacture, storing, transportation and logistics all come into play. Our client advises utility companies regarding both contentious and non contentious business.

We seek to find a commercial lawyer, possibly located in Scotland or a professional who has an interest moving to this part of the UK. As well as serving the utility corporate sector our clients office has a broad range of additional corporate clients that are present in retail, leisure and general manufacturing, quite a few are FTSE 250 listed, and very recognisable too.

The ideal candidate will have strong work experience in drafting commercial contracts for IT, outsourcing, and good work experience in intellectual property, ecommerce and data protection. We imagine that you will currently be working for a city, regional practice or currently working in-house for a Scottish corporate.
