With an excellent reputation, fabulous progressive expansion plans, newly won client mandates and existing client’s increasing their legal spending, our client wishes to appoint a new Corporate Partner. You may be working in the City, a national or large regional practice.

You will be advising a range of local, regional and national clients on various projects including M&A, joint ventures, private equity, fund raisings, listings work, shareholder agreements and the provision of corporate governance also corporate regulatory advice.

The role ideally for an established partner and business leader. Possessing a clean and progressive track record, additionally looking to move to Cornwall-Devon for a better family lifestyle and increased law career prospects. The financial package for this opportunity is very negotiable. You’re worth half of your fee income, possibly more.
