We seek to find a specialist Financial Services Lawyer, who is currently working in the financial services sector and has a thorough working knowledge of FSA rules. The successful candidate will be appointed to the very successful and growing financial services team.

Recent case wins, new clients coming on board, existing clients increasing their legal spend, have led to both expansion plans and team growth

Work is both contentious and non contentious, clients include household name insurers, friendly societies, IFA’s, distributors and government agencies. Emphasis is placed on the sale of retail products to the consumer. Work will include FSA regulatory, including applications for authorisation, financial promotions, product distribution, Ombudsman cases and disciplinary hearings, related commercial work including advising on marketing and promotional projects finally data protection on the internet.
