Senior General and Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Our law firm client has an excellent standing in the legal market. Many of our corporate clients agree with this statement too.

We have been retained to find our client, a senior litigation expert, or some say a dispute resolution professional with a keen, wide-ranging commercial focus.

Ideally, you are working as a senior team member, possibly an Associate. We are looking for a professional with some of the following work experiences: – Debt recovery, partnership disputes, general contract claims, landlord and tenant, tenant dilapidation, disrepair, debt collection, boundary disputes, general property disputes, employment, general civil, nuisance claims, contentious probate, asset and venture capital projects, banking, civil fraud, corporate governance, EU competition, financial services, regulatory, merger and acquisition disputes, share capital reorganisation, professional negligence, contracts, building-construction disputes and breech of contact.

We’d love to find our client a lawyer with both a commercial and general dispute resolution capability. If you have one or the other, still apply. Relocation expenses may be taken into consideration.
