Corporate Finance Solicitor (NQ)
Salary – £26.5 to 35k – our client, an expanding law firm with a network of offices spread throughout the UK, are expanding.
Our law firm possess an outstanding client list, one that other law firms can only look at and then turn green with envy.
Clients include many top FTSE 250 names, firms that you will recognise and could have personally used a bi-product, product or service yourself.
Our client is involved with running deals that are not only situated in the UK. Their premier UK clients are international business players with deals touching all corners of the globe.
There will be client contact and possibly international travel. You will be working with renewable energy, retail, manufacturing, utility and service industry clients. Many of these clients are in the premier blue-chip category.
Ideally we seek a newly qualified solicitor, with a promising law degree (2.1/1st). Additionally should have completed a seat in corporate finance or banking.
