System – Administration Improvement Specialist

Our client a supplier of invaluable products to society are seeking to appoint a System’s Improvement Official.

We are seeking a candidate who has solid administration and working systems improvement experience that can communicate and work at a sophisticated and effective level.

We would consider a trainee ACCA, ACA or AAT for this business enhancement role.  We are seeking a professional candidate who has an extremely proficient and logical thought process that can be applied to the project at hand.

Work experience in the following is required.

• Liaising extensively with external and internal contacts;
• Analysing  in-house managers’ existing systems;
• Translating requirements into highly specified project briefs;
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
• Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
• Producing project feasibility reports;
• Presenting proposals to managers;
• Working closely with in-house and external consultants and a variety of end users to ensure efficiency, compatibility department/user performance;
• Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
• Drawing up a testing schedule for a completed project or system;
• Overseeing the implementation of a new project or system;
• Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
• Writing or assisting with the writing of an in-house/external user manual;
• Providing training to users of a new system;
• Keeping up to date with all technical and industry developments.
