Our law firm client act for a variety of clients including developers, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, celebrities, banks, investors, landlords and tenants across commercial property transactions, development projects and high value residential sales and purchases.
No two property transactions are the same; the aim of the parties is to ‘get the deal done’ but at the right price with the right risk profile. Our law firm client can guide clients through the process and problem solve. They clients provide robust advice and take a proactive and creative approach to finding solutions when required.
Our law firm client understands that the stakes and associated pressure on a transaction can be extremely high, in such situations you need considered strategic and tactical advice, often within a tight deadline. Getting the best deal for the client is the priority, whether that means negotiating a saving or acting quickly using expert commercially focused advice to secure the required target.
We are seeking to find:
We are seeking to find a well-rounded senior commercial real estate lawyer. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of meaningful experience in the acquisition and financing of commercial real estate projects, including familiarity with joint venture agreements and other equity investment structures. Specific work will include preparation of purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, negotiation of loan and joint venture documentation, equity structuring and drafting of organisational and authority documentation.
Though guidance from Partners and other senior members of the of the Real Estate team our candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of smaller transactions, and components of larger transactions, with minimal oversight. The candidate should be comfortable with direct client contact, have strong organisational skills and have a mindset of taking ownership of her or his assigned projects.
Experience on complicated transactions involving multiple parties and/or properties will be an advantage. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, superior writing and communication skills and strong analytical ability. Counsel or junior partner level attorneys may also be considered.
The selected individual will work directly with the partners in the Real Estate Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated and expanding commercial real estate practice and has significant opportunity for advancement.
