Our client a successful expanding business consultancy are looking to recruit the above.

Your role is to work as commercial business operations manager, running the office especially all business support systems.

This is a position that will expand in time and you must envisage that your position will encompass more responsibility as commercial progression evolves.

We are seeking to find a business graduate MBA looking to make their second career move.  Alternatively, a well-seasoned business professional, looking for a new challenge.

Work experience should have included some of the following:

• Manage daily running of the business;
• Ensure that all strategic objectives and financial targets are achieved;
• Have outstanding communication skills;
• Can do attitude only;
• IT smarts – Apple;
• Collate sales, marketing, performance, KPI’s, for the partners;
• Financial forecasting and reporting;
• Analysis of data and spread sheets;
• Review business decisions;
• Front office sales administration;
• Client Data base work;
• Client deposits and monthly revenue analysis;
• New client induction work;
• Manage accounts;
• Overlook and check management accounts;
• Support and contribute to marketing plan and way forward strategy;
• Website management;
• Social media strategy;
• Manage client newsletter;
• Manage speaker engagement plan;
• Manage PR plan;
• Manage and control sales operations and all support methodologies;
• Monthly sales reporting to partners;
• Control and enhance sales operations;
• Manage all client queries and support function;
• HR;
• Suppliers management;
• Possess people awareness;
• Smart English writing and numeracy skills;
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA and AAT applicants welcome;
