Manage the efficient day-to-day running and organisation of the business to ensure that our client can deliver effective service to its clients and meet its strategic objectives and financial targets.

You want to tell us about your experience dealing with people from all walks of life across the UK (and ideally internationally). Our client is based in the South West and work across the whole of the UK & Ireland. You’ve probably worked in London or another large city at some point, and like us you’ve realised that you don’t have to be based in the big city to have a dynamic career.
You have innovative IT skills and understand key financial and performance information of modern business. You have the drive to succeed and very goal oriented, you have experience of bringing projects in to-time and to budget.
You can collate and monitor all financial sales, marketing information and performance statistics (KPI’s) to provide all weekly and monthly KPI reporting for the Directors. Assist in monthly and annual forecasting and reporting. Review and analyse the relevant data and spreadsheets and discuss the required business decisions with the Directors on a monthly basis to ensure that all of the objectives are met.
Co-ordinate and action all sales order processing to include: preparing confirmation letters and terms of business for clients and ensure the return of documents are returned and filed, additionally update the relevant data on the client base.
Set goals and targets for our client’s objectives, including all sales and client retention targets. Monitor all performance and provide feedback including all documentation for appraisal meetings.
Assist in the recruitment process. To include: Developing advertisements and job descriptions, candidate selection and interviewing, feedback on interviews, job offers and employment contracts, managing the induction process. Liaise with the Finance Manager to ensure that payroll activities are completed accurately and on time.
Operations and Systems.
Take overall responsibility for the creation, implementation and maintenance of systems to ensure the smooth running of the business. To include the Sales Process, CRM process, Brand standards, daily/weekly/monthly checklists, internal policies and procedures. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date
Implement the Content Development strategy for the business and ensure that all of our clients content and IP is templated according to our clients brand standards and accurately updated and maintained manage the IT/Technology strategy for the business.
