Our client an expanding law firm are seeking to appoint a specialist dispute resolution lawyer dealing with the above mentioned matters. 
The position will involve dealing with disputes over Wills, Estates and Trusts to include disputes between cohabitees and other unmarried property owners as regards the extent of their interests in property and how they can realise their shares. 
You will be assisting the partner in charge of the team and other fee earners so you will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment. 
General day to day activities will involve dealing with active matters, assisting and meeting with clients, opening files and dealing with your own case load. 
The position will include the preparation and issue of proceedings, attending court with and without Counsel, attending mediation appointments and conferences and generally progressing claims in the County Court or the High Court usually under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and the doctrine of proprietary estoppel.
