Work directly with the Partner completing work from inception to finish. Client contact both on the phone and face2face.

Keeping files accurate and up-to-date.
Keeping time-sheets for client bill processing.
Writing and amending contracts.
File review.
Case/work summery.
Drafting.
Data protection.
Corporate sales and purchases
Terms of business, structure and amendment.
Franchise contracts, purchase and sales.
Web and IT agreements.
Distribution/Sales agreements and contracts.

High Court Litigation experience, focus: Defamation, to also include ADR, mediation of the dispute, to be settled outside of court.
