Job: Agricultual and Landed Estates Lawyer, Associate or Partner

Agricultural Property Lawyer – Associate,  Assistant Partner  or Partner – 50-150K+ 

Our client an award winning West Country law firm.  With a network of busy offices based throughout the counties of both Devon and Cornwall.   

 Seek to appoint a specialist property lawyer with experience of agricultural property and landed estates work.   

Ideally you will be able to handle work matters including:-

• Agricultural tenancies, farm contracting and share farming agricultural landlord & tenant and all types of associated  leases.
• Be familiar with the law of agricultural holdings, private and agricultural landlord and tenant law.
• Stewardship schemes, grazing rights, shooting and sporting rights, environmental management matters, property development and farm business tenancies.
• Easements and licences, single farm payments and entitlements, agricultural land tribunal and arbitrations. 
• Taxation.
• Blood stock issues.
• All relevant aspects and a good knowledge of agri-business and all of its complexities.
